A key feature of Karl Popper’s claim is that scientific laws always go beyond existing experimental data and experience.

 

Karl Popper가 주장하는 주된 특징은, 항상 과학적 법칙이 실험적 자료와 경험 너머에도 존재한다는겁니다.

 

The inductive method attempted to show that, by building up a body of data, inferences can be made to give laws that are regarded as certain, rather than probable.

 

그것을 보여주기 위해 귀납적 방법을 시도했고, 자료와 추론의 형체를 만들 수 있게끔 하면서, 있을 것 같은 것보다는 확실한 것들에 관련된 법칙을 부여하였습니다.

 

Popper challenges this on the grounds that all sensation involves interpretation of some sort, and that in any series of experiments there will be variations, and whether or not such variations are taken into account is down to the presuppositions of the person conducting them.
