내신은 문법, 수능은 독해 위주인걸 우리는 다 알고 있습니다.

시험의 목적

내신 - 해당하는 교육과정 속에서 일정 성적을 취득하기 위해

수능 - 대학수학능력시험의 줄임말로, 말 그대로 대학에 가서 영어 원서로 공부할 수 있는지

토익 - 영어권에서 생활할 수 있는지

토플 - 영어권 중에서도 미국 대학/대학원들에서 강의를 들을 수 있는지

아이엘츠 - 영어권 중에서도 영국 연방 대학/대학원들에서 강의를 들을 수 있는지

사관학교/경찰대 - 자체적으로 만든 영어 시험

난이도

내신<토익<수능<사관학교, 경찰대<토플, 아이엘츠

개인마다 느끼는 것에 따라 차이가 있겠지만 통상적으로는 이렇습니다.

수능부터 사관학교, 경찰대 시험은 시간 싸움이기도 하죠.

수능은 한 문제에 1분 30초, 사관학교, 경찰대 시험도 1분 30초 정도합니다.

토플은 스피킹(말하기), 리스닝(듣기), 리딩(읽기), 라이팅(쓰기) 각 30점 만점에 총 120점 만점입니다.

특히나, 한국에서 나고 자란 토종들은 스피킹 24점 정도 가량에서 올리기가 사실상 불가능이라고도 하죠.

아이엘츠도 마찬가지로, 말하기, 듣기, 읽기, 쓰기 각 9점 만점입니다. 보통 영국 연방 대학/대학원에서는

평균 6.0에서 7.5정도 요구합니다. 한 과목에서 일정수준 이하의 점수여도 안되고요.

사관학교와 경찰대 영어를 푸는 학생들은 수능 영어보고 쉽다고 하기도 한다네요.

개인적인 의견

영어는 학문이나 지식이 아닌 언어입니다.

물론, 필요하겠지만 영어 시험들에서 점수를 매기는데

영어 내공이 깊은 사람은 어떤 시험을 봐도, 어떻게 시험을 봐도

크게 흔들리지 않습니다.

이 시험에서 높은 점수를 얻으면,

다른 시험에서도 높은 점수를 받을 확률이 높아집니다.

수학처럼 공식이 필요한 것이 아닌

자신의 또 하나의 언어이기 때문이죠.

어떤 시험이라도 상관없습니다.

영어 시험에서 높은 득점을 목표로 해보세요.

다양한 시험일수록 좋습니다.

아마 좋은 긍정적인 결과가 따라올 것입니다.
